Is signing in with my wallet safe? Does it cost gas?
Yes. Signing in is safe and free. You sign a message only to prove that the wallet is yours. There is no transaction, no spending approval and no gas fee. The hub reads only public balances.
Can I sign in with X, Discord or Google?
Not at the moment. Sign-in is by wallet. After you sign in, you can still connect X, Discord and other accounts from Profile → Accounts & wallets.
My task is still “In review”. What should I do?
Partner-verified tasks (X, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, swaps) usually confirm within minutes. Instagram and TikTok follows can take up to 20 minutes. Keep the campaign page open or check back later. If a task cannot be confirmed in time, it is marked Rejected and you can Resubmit it. The team checks manually reviewed tasks (tweet links, photo proof, answers). See Tasks Verification.
My task was rejected. Can I try again?
Yes. The task shows the reason for the rejection. Correct the issue and press Resubmit.
Why is my Wallet Value $0, or lower than I expected?
Check that the wallet is verified (an unverified or expired wallet scores zero) and that your assets are on a supported chain. The hub does not count holdings under $1, unpriced tokens, spam tokens or NFTs from unverified collections. See Wallet Value.
The market went up. Why did my Wallet Value not increase?
Wallet Value is locked against price changes. It does not fall when the market drops, and it does not rise on price changes alone. It increases when you add assets.
How do I move up a tier?
Raise your score and meet the tier’s requirements. Your tier card shows exactly what remains. See Tiers and Perks.
Why did I lose my streak?
Streak days are counted in UTC calendar days. Missing a UTC day resets your streak unless your tier includes a streak buffer. The check-in unlocks 24 hours after your last claim, so checking in later each day can eventually push you past a full UTC day. See Daily Mechanics.
Can I open a crate more than once?
No. Each member can open each crate once, and the crate then disappears from your list. Press i on a crate to see every reward and its chance before you open it.
My X or Discord account shows as “already linked”. What should I do?
Each social account can be linked to only one CoConnect profile. If it is linked to another profile of yours, disconnect it from that profile first. If you believe someone else linked your account, contact us.
Why am I unable to join a campaign?
The campaign may require a certain tier, niche, connected account or region. It may also be full, not started yet, or already ended. The campaign page shows the reason.
