Crates

Crates are reward boxes at the bottom of Profile → Achievements, under Crates. Each crate unlocks when you meet its requirements. You then open it and receive one reward.
Unlocking a crate
Each crate has its own requirements, such as:
- reaching a score or a tier (“Reach Gold”);
- earning XP or completing tasks or campaigns;
- referring friends;
- reaching a check-in streak;
- reaching a Wallet Value;
- holding certain badges or completing certain achievements.
Some crates require every requirement. Others unlock when you meet any one of them. The button on the crate shows how close you are:
- 1,695 XP to Unlock
- 3 Tasks to Unlock
- 1 Badge to Unlock
- Reach Gold to Unlock
- 2 Requirements to Unlock
The fill behind the button shows your progress. When you meet the requirements, the button changes to Open Crate.
What’s inside: the “i” button
Press i on any crate to see:
- To unlock: every requirement, ticked once met, with your progress (for example, 3/5).
- What’s inside: every possible reward, its rarity, and its exact chance.
Nothing is hidden. You always see every reward and its odds before you open a crate.
Rarity
| Rarity | Chance |
|---|---|
| Legendary | Less than 10% |
| Rare | 10% to 35% |
| Common | 35% or more |
Opening a crate
Press Open Crate. The crate bursts open and reveals your reward, which is either XP or a badge. Press Collect to finish. The draw takes place on our servers, and your requirements are checked again when you open the crate.
- You can open each crate once. After that, it disappears from your list.
- You receive a notification when a crate unlocks.
Limited-time crates
Crates with an end date appear in a Limited banner above the other crates. Use the arrows to browse them.
- While you work towards a crate, a Days / Hrs / Min countdown shows the time remaining.
- Once you meet the requirements, the countdown changes to Open Crate.
- When the timer ends, the crate is removed. Unopened crates are not opened for you.
Open limited-time crates before the countdown ends.
